This policy explains what information Laxmi Alankar Collection, operated by Vaishnavi Madhav Sudke, collects when you use this website and how it is used.

What we collect

Technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, recorded in standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.
When you create an account: your email address, and the name and mobile number you add to your profile.
Delivery addresses you save to your account.
When you order: the items, amounts, delivery address and payment reference for each order.

Your account and signing in

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. We do not use or store passwords.
We store only a scrambled (hashed) form of each code, and codes expire after 10 minutes.
You can update your name, mobile number and saved addresses at any time from your account, and sign out of all devices from your profile.

How order information is used and shared

To process and deliver your order, send order updates, handle returns and issue invoices.
We email you about your orders: sign-in codes, order confirmation, dispatch and refunds. We do not send marketing emails.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details, bank login or UPI PIN; Razorpay's privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
Our shipping partners receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Cookies and storage in your browser

This website uses only what it needs to work. It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, until you sign out.
Your cart is kept in your own browser, so it is still there when you come back. It is not sent to us until you check out.

How long we keep data

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and as long as the law requires us to retain records (for example tax records, which apply to orders even if you delete your account). Sign-in codes are deleted within a day.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account, as provided under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, by writing to contact@laxmialankarcollection.com.
